In some Norwegian grocery stores they need to limit 5 products per customer because people are have wild shoping habits. This reminded me on the 90's in Yugoslavia. The same restriction different reason. Hyper inflation and UN economic sanctions made Yugoslavian people standing in kilometar lines for buying milk, sugar and bread on daily bases.
